All my War Commander base layout infamy and warpath infamy has been lost during jumping to a sector.

I was hitting war Commander base Designs in a sector and then went to jump home. Of course the game crashed and i have lost all my infamy, all my warpath infamy as well as my Thorium being reset to 0. Almost ready to give up on this game after 8 years. Sending support tickets is almost pointless as the response time is ridiculously slow. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have tried switching from html 5 back to flash - tried jumping back into the sector i was hitting in - all to no avail. The computer is the latest ASUS gaming laptop Win 10 32 Gigs RAM latest version of chrome- flushed cache -all the usual things and still nothing.
